Do I need to get my own permits?
If you have already submitted a permit, that’s great! If you haven’t, we will work with your local municipality to get the permit approval and inspection.

What is the most cost effective material?
Wood is the most cost effective material, but Ornamental and Vinyl will last significantly longer. There will be an annual maintenance cost each year with potential replacement every 10 years with wood fences. Privacy fences are usually more cost effective than picket vinyl. The more laser cuts that a fence panel has, usually the more expensive the material will be.
What if I my home is part of a Home Owners Association?
If you are part of a HOA, you will need approval of your fence (if required by your HOA) before we can submit for permits. We will provide all the necessary site and design plans for you to submit.
When can I get my fence installed?
We aim to install within 4 weeks upon receipt of all HOA and permit approvals.
Do I need to worry about hitting utilities?
Our team will contact PA One Call prior to installing your fence to have all utilities marked prior to digging. There is nothing you need to do.
How deep do you need to dig?
Our goal is to dig beneath the frost line in your local area to foundation frost heaving. This depth can vary between 30 and 36 inches. Upstate Pennsylvania may need to reach depths of 44+ inches.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards, cash and checks. A deposit for material and permit costs must be paid before materials are ordered and permits are submitted. Labor costs are paid upon completion of the install.
Do you have any discounts?
We offer a 5% off discount for customers paying in Cash and for active military, police and veterans. These offers cannot be combined.
